About My Industrial Training

SUK PERAK

Assalamualaikum to all.Firstly,this entry is about my Industrial Training as a Secretary in Department Of Information and  Technology,Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak (SUK PERAK).when i'm studying in Polytechnic Sultan Idris Shah, Sabak Bernam, i learned how to be a professional secretary..So, when i did my Industrial Training i apply all the subject that i have learned in class such as Trengkas, shorthand, Office Management and Speed Typing...

The task that i have did while my training:

• Arrange appointment.
• Facilitator/Secretariat of an event.
• Arrange and manage my boss schedule.
• Produce formal letter.
• Send email and faxs.
• Attend meeting and take minute meeting.
• Manage the file system.

About Polytechnic

Assalamualaikum..this is my third entry...This entry is about my Polytechnic Sultan Idris Shah, Sabak Bernam....almost two years I have learned here in course of diploma science secretarial... Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah (PSIS), formerly known as Polytechnic Sabak Bernam started operations on May 16, 2003 and is the 17th polytechnic established under the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (KPTM).   My first time came here i felt strange why the poly is far from the town and i felt want to back home. Now the feeling is gone because meet many friends here ....I miss my friends when i do my Industrial Training..I felt far from my best friend..It's right when we hate something, we will miss it so much......My main objective i came here is to get my diploma and get a good result...So, i will keep all of the memories with my friends and my lecturer....  :)

Assalamualaikum ... my second entry is about friends...We need friends with us. More friends who have a positive value in his life, thats call true friend.  Maybe we can know the meaning of 'true friend'. Not only true friend is beside us in times of joy and sorrow, but more than that...

They were my classmates since the first semester at Polytechnic ...We are take course in Diploma Science Secretarial...We are in same class, DSK 4B...they are mai,nia, Atie and bella They are my 'cupcake' because they are sweet people ...and moreover like to make funny .. one polytechnic  can hear them laughing ..we will never forget our friends that did not yet to complete the task which our lecturer give .. we will help each other when one of us in trouble situation... This semester is the last semester for us and we will return to their homes ... we are far away but we can still call each other ...

About My Family

Assalamualaikum..Hi ...my first entry is all my beloved family stories.  My nickname is Eyra. My family consist of my father (57) , Mom (58) , my eldest brother Abang A-roll (30), my second brother is Abang Hafiz (29), my eldest sister is  Balqish (27), Abang Mei (26) is the fourth of five siblings and me is the youngest sister (20) in my family.

My family consists of five people. There's my father whose name is Nazari, my mother whose name is Aishah, my first brother is Izwan ,second brother is Hafiz, third is my sister Balqish,my brother is Amir and of course, me. I have quite a large extended family as well but only the four of us live together in our teres house. My father is fifty-seven years old. He works as an pembantu ehwal ekonomi. He is tall and slim, has got short brown and black hair and brown eyes. My father likes do many works and his like challenge. His special hobbies are tidy up all part in our house and jogging.

Now I'll describe my mother and my brother. My mother is fifty-eight and she works as a clerk in government department.She is cute and chubby, has lng black hair and black eyes. She likes cooking and gardening. Since we have a cottage with a garden our family spend a lot of time there. Her hobby is collect shoes,tudung and baju kurung.My first brother is thirty years old. He is slim and has short black hair and black eyes. He studied at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in course of Bachelor of Architecture. He is interested in design a building and love drawing. He also spends a lot of time with his friends.  Now, he work in government department and get married. He have one daughter, Puteri Nurmaisara.

My second brother is twenty nine years old.  He studied at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in course of Bachelor of Law.  He know to speak Arab and have more knowledge about Islam. Now, he worked at Jabatan Agama Islam as prosecutor.  He will went to court to handle the case.  This September,he will get married with her fiance, Kak Lip.

Now is my sister.  My sister is worked at Government Department as clerk.  She is 27 years old.  He studied at International Mutiara College in course of IT.  She got married with someone that she love this year (March). She will angry if I don’t help my mom at the kitchen.

My lovely brother is twenty six years old. He look handsome. My brother worked at Government Department as a technican.  He studied at Polytechnic Ungku Omar and Polytechnic Shah Alam in course of Engineering.  He still single and he kind with all people.

The last one is of couse me.  My name is Eyra.  I was twenty years old. I studiet at Sekolah Menengah Tasek Damai, Ipoh. Now, I further my study at Polytechnic Sultan Idris Shah in Diploma Scince Secretarial. I love pink colour and love with a cute thing.

My parents have assigned me certain duties around the house. I don't mind helping out because everyone in a family should contribute in some way.  I help with the washing up, the vacuuming and the shopping. Of course I also have to help keep my room tidy as well. Even though my brother, sister and I sometimes fight about who has to do what job, we are still very close. I am also very close to my parents and I can rely on them to always try to help me.  They respect each other's opinions and even if they disagree they can always come to a compromise. I hope in the future that I have a family like ours.

I love my family especially my beloved mama ... mama always pray for me when I was in the PSIS .. Mama is a very strong woman ... I will study hard to be strong like you mama and try to get the 'Anugerah Ketua Jabatan'  for this semester and able high pointer ..I also must study hard and be more mature...This is all for you mama...Alhamdulillah all my family members are working in government departments...My mom was retired and she want me working in government departments...InsyaALLAH...LOVE MY FAMILY SO MUCH...
